Books borrowed on behalf on a journal are checked out to individual journal staff members. They cannot be checked out to the journal. Please see the links below for borrowing policies.
Please note:
- Since the law library is primarily a reference collection, most materials cannot be checked out. Only single-volume treatises, which are not updated in any way, can be checked out. Reference books may not be checked out. Books may not be placed on reserve for the purpose of cite-checking.
- The Law Library is not a part of CUA Libraries. Please refer to the CUA Libraries link below for information on their borrowing policies.
