If you have the complete citation to an article, HeinOnline is one of the better resources for retrieving the article. This database provides pdfs of most law review articles (and a wide variety of other secondary and primary materials), but is less useful as an indexing/searching tool.
This database provides cumulative indexing to over 1300 legal publications. It also includes law related articles from more than 1,000 additional business and general interest periodicals. Coverage begins in 1980.
Finding Articles: Non-Legal
The University Library (Mullen) provides the CUA community with access to a large number of databases covering many disciplines. A few of the more popular and relevant databases are highlighted below, however please be sure to check their extensive resources for any non-legal materials you need.
CUA LibrariesThis is the website and catalog for the CUA Libraries. Searching this catalog also searches the local university consortium catalog. Most law libraries are not included in the search results.
This database provides complete coverage of multidisciplinary, full-text academic journals. It is provided by the CUA Library, so off campus access requires you to enter your CUA Network login.
JSTOR is a digital library of more than 1,500 academic journals, books, and primary sources. It is provided by the CUA Library, so off campus access requires you to enter your CUA Network login.
Many of the articles you'll find in Google Scholar are from sources which require a subscription for access. In many cases, CUA Libraries has subscribed but access may not be automatic unless you are on campus.

The Law Review Commons brings together a growing collection of law reviews and legal journals in an easily browsable and searchable format. It contains both current issues and archival content spanning over 100 years. All Law Review Commons publications are made freely available online through their institutions’ bepress Digital Commons repositories.
