Technology Basics for Students

This guide is intended to help CUA Law students get started using technology in the law school.

About CUA Logins

CUA students have one login for all of their computing needs.

Your CUA Network login enables you to:

  • Print from your laptop
  • Login to Cardinal Mail
  • Login to Cardinal Station (where you access your student record, course schedule, etc.)
  • Login in to CUA-Secure, the University's authorized wireless network
  • Login to home.cua.edu
  • Login to Law Library desktop computers

Your student CUA Network account username is composed of two digits plus your last name (or part of your last name, depending on length and conflicts with similarly named people). NOTE: Students whose accounts were created after May 2016 will have a username that is all or part of their last name, sometimes followed by part of their first name.

New Students

Your CUA network logon account is created when you apply.  You should have received your network logon username and temporary password via postal mail or email. Use the link below to reset your password.

How to Reset Your CUA Network Password

CUA network passwords expire every 180 days. To reset your password, follow instructions on both links below.
