Editing Panopto Videos
Professors may initiate a recording in Zoom or Panopto in classrooms. This method is recommended while masks are in use.
Professors may initiate a request for a handheld digital recorder. The digital recorders are not currently recommended while masks are in use. If you wish to have a class session recorded by Media Services using a handheld digital recorder, you must send your request DIRECTLY to email@example.com for that specific class. Media Services does not accept requests to record from students.
Where are Recordings Posted?
David Luce will email the url(s) to each faculty member.
We have launched a new web page that allows faculty to check the status of classroom technology. If there is a problem, it will be noted on the Classroom Technology Status page with an estimate of when it will be cleared.
Please report issues to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the hotline number (202-319-6394).
