This website provides access to U.S. government open data sets. Provides access to “raw” data, geodata, and data tools. Data is easily searchable through the catalogs and can be accessed in XML, Text/CSV, KML/KMZ, Feeds, XLS, or ESRI Shapefile formats.

Pew Research Center is a nonpartisan fact tank that conducts public opinion polling, demographic research, content analysis and other data-driven social science research.

The Roper Center for Public Opinion Research, located at Cornell University, collects, preserves, and disseminates public opinion data. The Center's collection includes over 22,000 datasets and adds hundreds more each year.

Hosted by the Odum Institute for Research in Social Science. The Odum Institute's Public Opinion Poll Question Database allows users to search for specific poll questions from more than 230,000 questions in the Institutes archive. It also provides access to data files.

This database contains over two hundred pieces of information about each case decided by the Supreme Court between beginning with the 1791 term. A custom analysis tool is also available.

The Court Statistics Project (CSP) publishes caseload data from the courts of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
