The library has a new resource, Lexis Courtroom Cast, which provides online courtroom videos, AudioCaseFiles, and online courtroom training. You must use your @law.edu email address to register.
Video Library
The video library provides thousands of hours of trials, hearings, and oral arguments, streamed directly to your computer. Search by practice area and industry, or find proceedings in a specific jurisdiction or in front of your next judge. Proceeding video sessions are cataloged down to the attorney and witness level, so watch an expert witness or view an attorney at court.
AudioCase Files
AudioCaseFiles offers downloadable MP3 files of edited judicial opinions, along with full text of the edited opinion, a brief fact summary, and the rule of law.
Courtroom Training
Courtroom Cast Training provides real courtroom video highlights with expert commentary and analysis. You can learn key trial techniques from Trial the Advocacy library, such as how to develop a theme for your case, or learn objection skills from the Evidence library.
