The Law Library Will Reopen Monday, January 25

by Frances Brillantine on 2021-01-21T11:52:07-05:00 | 0 Comments

The law library will reopen Monday, January 25. The law library is restricted to the Law School community.

Students must show a Law School ID to the guard at the entrance, in keeping with the law library's approved campus plan and DC regulations to limit occupancy.  The guard will also be keeping track of how many students are in the law library, and in rare instances you may be asked to delay your entry.

To remain open with walk-in access rather than a reservation system, and to maintain records for contact tracing, we need your continued cooperation with regard to IDs.

The University has begun the process of issuing new IDs to everyone, and the Office of Student Life and Special Events will be contacting students with information on when/where to pick up the new cards during the first week of in-person classes.  While new (blue) IDs are being distributed, students can show their old (red) ID to gain entrance to the law library.
