1L & New Student Survival Guide

A guide to Law Library resources and services for new law students

How to Print from your Laptop

You must install the printer install script in order to print from your laptop. Go to printing.law, edu (see link below) and click "printer install script."

You must be in the law school building and signed onto CUA-SECURE (not the Guest wireless) to install the new script.

Laptop Printing Troubleshooting

Having trouble printing from your laptop? Try the following:

  1. Make sure you have installed the Fall 2017 print script (see above).
  2. Make sure you are on CUA-Secure (you can't print from CUA-Guest).
  3. Reboot your laptop.
  4. Your CUA Login may have expired. Use the link below to reset it.
    • If your password has expired, you'll need to update it in your laptop after you reset it. See link below for instructions.
  5. If the above steps don’t work, you can print by attaching your laptop to a copier using a USB cable. USB cables are attached to a stand-alone printer on Floor 2 and to the copiers on Floors 3 and 4.
